Our 20th International Folk Dance Festival 19 to 25 July 2009
Our 20th Festival was a great success, with five colourful public performances. We hope to be back in 2011.

General Information
In 2009 the three visiting groups were:
- KUD Oton Župančič, Folklore Group from Artiče in Slovenia
- Danzdeel Salzkotten, Folk Dance Group from Salzkotten in Germany
- Leiklaget i BUL Tromsø, from Tromsø in Norway
We were very pleased that our friends KUD Oton Župančič from Slovenia, who visited us in 2003, and Danzdeel Salzkotten, from Germany, who visited us in 1985, 1991 and 1997, joined us to celebrate our 20th Festival. We were also pleased to welcome Leiklaget i BUL Tromsø, from Norway, who were participating in our festival for the first time. They were invited by our sister society, Edinburgh University New Scotland Country Dance Society.
